Supplier Terms Conditions

Effective Date: October 01, 2026

1. Introduction

These Supplier Terms and Conditions ("Supplier Terms") govern the listing, uploading, sale, and provision of ground travel services on the Fixed Tour platform ("Platform") at www.fixedtour.com, operated by Fixed Tour LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Delaware, USA. As a local service provider ("Supplier" or "you") offering services such as airport transfers, guided tours, sightseeing, entry tickets, meals, and multi-destination packages (excluding air tickets and travel insurance), you agree to these Supplier Terms by registering, uploading services, or facilitating bookings through the Platform. These Supplier Terms complement the general Terms and Conditions

By using the Platform, you confirm you are a legally established business with the authority to enter into this agreement and comply with all applicable laws. If you disagree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To become a Supplier:

  • You must be a licensed, verified business operating in regions such as Europe, the USA, Japan, China, the Middle East, or other areas supported by the Platform.
  • Registration requires submitting accurate business details, including company name, registered address, tax ID, contact information, proof of valid licenses, and insurance (see Section 9).
  • We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate your account at our discretion for non-compliance, poor performance, complaints, or breaches.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately at online@fixedtour.com of unauthorized access.
  • Suppliers with a good reputation (minimal complaints, high ratings) may qualify for simplified termination (see Section 13).

3. Service Upload and Listing

Multi-Option Listings

  • Provide flexible options (e.g., sharing, private, combo, refundable, non-refundable) to meet Agent needs.
  • Clearly state payment deadlines, fees, and conditions for each option.

Content Standards

  • Listings must not be misleading or incomplete. Failure to provide clarity may result in delisting or penalties (see Section 12).

5. Payments and Fees

Payment Processing

  • Payments from Agents are collected via third-party gateways and paid to you post-service completion, net of Company commissions and fees.
  • Commission rates are specified in your Supplier agreement or dashboard, plus transaction fees.
