Becoming a Supplier
Join Fixed Tour LLC to sell your ground travel services on www.fixedtour.com. Follow these steps:
1. Registration
- Access the "Become a Supplier" page at www.fixedtour.com or email online@fixedtour.com.
- Fill out the form with your company name, address, tax ID, contact details, and upload proof of licenses and insurance.
2. Verification
- Submit documents within 7 days: business licenses, $1,000,000 minimum liability insurance, and staff credentials.
- Expect approval within 5-7 business days.
3. Service Upload
- Log into your Supplier dashboard post-approval.
- Upload services (e.g., transfers, tours, chauffeur options) with clear details: descriptions, pricing, availability, and images.
4. Agreement and Terms
- Review and accept the Supplier Terms at www.fixedtour.com/terms-supplier.
- Agree to our commission rates and post-service payment schedule.
5. Training and Support
- Attend a short onboarding session (details via email).
- Contact online@fixedtour.com for ongoing support.
6. Go Live
- Your services go live after setup.
- Maintain 95% on-time delivery and 4+ star ratings.
Getting Started
- Register at www.fixedtour.com or email online@fixedtour.com with your details and documents.
- For chauffeur services, emphasize premium vehicles and trained drivers to target key markets.
- Await a confirmation email with your dashboard access.
Important Information
- Standard Payout Process and Time: Payments are made monthly on the 15th after successful service delivery, with a report emailed by the 10th for discrepancy review.
- Mode and Preferred Mode: Bank transfers are preferred; other methods available upon request.
- Currency: Payments in USD.
- Bank Charges: All fees (e.g., processing, conversion) covered by Fixed Tour LLC.
